Gebuchte Termine können bis 48 Stunden vor dem vereinbarten Datum kostenlos storniert werden.
Erfolgt die Stornierung zwischen 48 und 24 Stunden im Voraus, wird der Termin mit 50 % berechnet.
Erfolgt die Stornierung innerhalb von 24 Stunden, kann der Termin nicht mehr storniert werden und der volle Betrag ist fällig.
Cancellation Policy Warning
Booked appointments can be canceled free of charge 48 hours before the agreed date.
If the cancellation is made within 48 hours to 24 hours in advance, the appointment will be charged at a rate of 50%. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours, the appointment can no longer be canceled and the full amount is due and payable.
