General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
for cooperation with Gina Berlin<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t

  1. Scope of application: <\/strong>These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between Gina Berlin and the customer for dog training services<\/li>
  2. Service description<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    The trainer offers various dog training services, including:<\/p>

    • Initial interviews<\/p><\/li>

    • Individual lessons in a package<\/p><\/li>

    • Individual lessons<\/p><\/li>

    • Group courses<\/p><\/li>

    • Social Walks<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      The exact content of the respective service is agreed in advance between the trainer and the client.<\/p>

      3. conclusion of contract<\/strong><\/p>

      Individual appointments (individual lessons, initial consultations):<\/strong>
      Registration can be made verbally, in writing or by email. The contract is concluded when the trainer confirms the appointment. <\/p>

      Individual appointments in the package:<\/strong>
      The contract is concluded by written or verbal agreement, but at the latest upon receipt of the booking confirmation or upon payment of the invoice.
      If payment by installments has been agreed, the contract is concluded upon payment of the first installment. The contract is binding from this point in time. <\/p>

      Group courses and social walks:<\/strong>
      The customer registers by email or in writing. The contract comes into effect upon confirmation by the trainer and is binding. <\/p>

      4. withdrawal by the customer<\/strong><\/p>

      Individual appointments:<\/strong>
      Appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed appointment. If you cancel later or do not show up, the full fee will be charged. <\/p>

      Individual appointments in a package:<\/strong>
      Packages that have already started are always binding. Appointments that are not attended expire if they are not canceled in good time. <\/p>

      Group courses and social walks:<\/strong>
      Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 7 days before the start of the course. If you cancel later, the course fee is due in full. <\/p>

      5. withdrawal or cancellation by the trainer<\/strong><\/p>

      The trainer reserves the right to cancel or postpone appointments for good cause (e.g. illness, force majeure, insufficient number of participants).
      In this case, payments already made will be refunded or credited on request. There are no further claims. <\/p>

      6. participation of minors:<\/b><\/p>

      Minors may only participate in the offers under the supervision of a parent or guardian<\/p>

      7 Prices and payment:<\/strong><\/p>

      The prices for the respective services shall be communicated to the customer prior to conclusion of the contract. Payments must be made no later than 7 days after receipt of the invoice. The prices at the time of booking apply. All prices include the statutory value added tax. <\/p>

      8 Cancellation and appointment cancelation: <\/strong><\/p>

      9. participation requirements<\/strong><\/p>

      The dog must have liability insurance, be vaccinated and free from infectious diseases.
      The customer is liable for all damage caused by themselves or the dog.<\/p>

      Bitches in heat may only take part in group courses by prior arrangement.<\/p>

      10. <\/strong>Non-appearance and termination<\/strong><\/p>

      In the event of non-attendance at an agreed date or premature termination of a session, the full participation fee will be charged.<\/p>

      There is no entitlement to a refund, reduction of the fee or compensation for a missed (group) lesson.<\/p>

      Delays on the part of the customer shall be borne by the customer and shall not entitle the customer to extend the unit or reduce the remuneration.<\/p>11. <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>Rules of conduct during training<\/strong>

      The client undertakes to inform the trainer in advance of any health or behavioral characteristics of the dog. Furthermore, the customer is obliged to keep the dog under control during training and to ensure that it does not endanger the safety of other dogs or people. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

      12. use of photo and video recordings<\/strong><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

      The trainer is entitled to make photo and video recordings during the training, which may be used for documentation or advertising purposes. The customer agrees to the use of such recordings unless he\/she expressly objects. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

      13. <\/strong>Data protection<\/strong><\/p>

      The personal data collected as part of the contract will only be used to fulfill the contract. It will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary to carry out the training or is required by law. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

      14 Final provisions:<\/strong>

      Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.<\/p>
